The Bottega del Vino offers visitors the chance to taste, learn about and purchase the wines of Fontanafredda and Casa E. di Mirafiore. In addition to our own wines, you will also find products from other historic Italian wineries included in the 100 Fine Italian Wines circuit: from the Barolo of the Langhe to the Tuscan Chianti Classico, from the Trebbiano of Abruzzo to the Prosecco of Veneto, from the Ribolla Gialla of Friuli to the Sicilian Etna Rosso.

Dedicated to Emanuele Alberto di Mirafiore, the Fondazione is an informal and pleasant environment that organises cultural initiatives with the aim of awakening the critical spirit, rediscovering the values that continue to motivate the Village today, as they did in the past: community, people, sharing.
A home for bees, a gift to nature
In the heart of the Bosco dei Pensieri, around 240,000 bees have found a home in four hives installed in collaboration with Apicoltura Urbana.
This special place was created to offer these precious insects a safe haven and the ideal environment in which to carry out their essential work as pollinators. Their presence may be quiet, but it is vital: it helps protect biodiversity, preserve the balance of local ecosystems and safeguard a land where nature and winemaking coexist in harmony.
A book to leaf through in the open air
One of the last unspoilt woods remaining in the Bassa Langa area, is home to over forty thousand age-old plants and trees in its 12 hectares of land, offering an itinerary comprising 12 stages of meditation and contemplation, “a hymn to Mother Earth”, where we recommend that you remain silent.
An appeal for the protection of biodiversity in the Langhe
After the gigantic bunch of grapes — a monument to Nebbiolo, the absolute sovereign of this land — Giuseppe Carta returns to the Fontanafredda Narrating Village with seven previously unseen works paying tribute to the biodiversity of the Langhe.
