The King’s fridge
This was once the place where the snow was gathered, for use by the King to store food. Today, it is used to store liquid treasure: Alta Langa, Metodo Classico sparkling wine, aged on lees. An exclusive location where a fortunate few can enjoy unique aperitifs here, surrounded by history and bubbles.
