At the head of the gastronomic proposal, chef Ugo Alciati, who presents an adventure through the traditional ingredients of Piedmont, exalting the highest quality of raw materials. Among the highlights of the menu, the famous “tramezzino”, soft white bread-with no crust-which will showcase the excellence that has made Piedmont renowned worldwide From veal to Russian salad, the iconic recipes signed by Ugo Alciati.
