User age
Purchases and bookings may only be made by buyers aged 18 or over, who have the legal capacity to act independently.
Please note that, pursuant to article 14 ter of Law no. 125 of 30 March 2001, the sale and service of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is forbidden. Furthermore, the Purchaser and the Beneficiary undertake to be 18 years of age or older at the time of using Experiences, Activities and Packages that include the delivery of alcoholic beverages.
Permitted Use
The use of www.villaggionarrante.it for illegal, illegitimate and fraudulent purposes is forbidden.
The purchaser and the user are permitted to use www.villaggionarrante.it and to print and download excerpts from it for personal non-commercial use at the following conditions:

“Fontanafredda” is a registered trademark owned by CASA E. Di MIRAFIORE SRL and any use of this trademark that does not comply with the law and is, as such, unauthorised, is forbidden and may result in legal consequences, including the application of sanctions.
Under no circumstances is the use of the trademark or any of the distinguishing signs present on www.villaggionarrante.it to take unfair advantage of the distinctive character or reputation of the trademark, or in such a way as to be detrimental to them and their owners, permitted.
Jurisdiction
The Conditions of Use are regulated by Italian law.
For any disputes that may arise in relation to the application or interpretation of this contract, users may protect their interests through a consumer association pursuant to article 140 of the Consumer Code or activate the out-of-court settlement procedure for consumer disputes pursuant to article 141 of the Consumer Code.
The User may bring also the matter before a court of law and the jurisdiction shall be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
